Black Friday 2025 Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BLACK FRIDAY TERS

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Black Friday campaign by Ters, valid on November 27 (online only), 28, 29, 30, and December 1 online and in stores. By participating in the promotion, the customer accepts the following conditions:

1. Validity

Pre-Access online only active from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm on November 27, 2025.

The promotion will be active for the general public in stores and on our website www.tersapparel.com on the following days:

November 28, 29, 30, and December 1, 2025, online and in stores.

Online Hours: from 12 am on November 28 until 11:59 pm on December 1.

Store Hours

Cali Store – La Leyenda Mall

November 28: 10 am to 9 pm

November 29: 10 am to 8 pm

November 30: 10 am to 7 pm

December 1: 10 am to 8 pm

Medellín Store – Casa Ecleo

November 28: 10 am to 8 pm

November 29: 10 am to 7 pm

November 30: 10 am to 4 pm

December 1: 10 am to 7 pm

or while supplies last.

2. Shipping

  • Orders placed during Black Friday will be shipped within 8 to 10 business days following the purchase, due to high volume.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on external carriers.

3. Exchanges and returns

  • Please note that to make an exchange, you can ONLY do so through the same channel you made your purchase. If you made your purchase online, you cannot exchange it at a physical store, and vice versa.
  • Purchases made on the website have 15 calendar days from the shipping date to request exchanges.
  • Purchases made at a physical store have 10 calendar days to make exchanges.
  • Products on sale have 30 calendar days for warranty exchanges or manufacturing defects.
  • No cash refunds are given; only exchanges according to internal policies.

4. Discount Restrictions

  • Discounts are not stackable with other promotions, coupons, offers, or additional benefits.
  • No vouchers, gift cards, or gift certificates apply for purchases made during Black Friday.
  • Partner brands Nipskin, Reeva and La Cruz will not have a discount during this campaign.
  • Luxury bags provided in-store will have an extra cost during these days: Large bag: $3,000, small bag: $2,000.

5. Inventory and availability

  • The promotion is subject to inventory availability.
  • If a product sells out, there will be no restock at the same price or discount.

6. Payment Methods

  • Payment methods: Credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, cash, and Addi.

7. Errors and cancellations

  • In case of price or inventory errors, the company may correct them and cancel orders generated under incorrect information, informing the customer.

8. Personal data

The customer authorizes the processing of their data in accordance with the company's current privacy policy.

9. Modifications

The company may modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice and keep them available for consultation.
