•Keep the online purchase verification emails and the payment code sent to you by Mercado Pago; these will serve as proof that you have purchased the product in our store, and will help us quickly resolve your exchange request. If you do not have the invoice, it is recommended to provide specific information that allows us to determine the time and place of the product purchase.
•When gifting our garments, please share the payment information, especially the proof code sent by Mercado Pago; this supports that your gift can be exchanged, and also serves as a product guarantee.

BLACK FRIDAY

Products with a discount percentage other than 10% WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE, neither by size nor by reference, through any sales channel.

Products with a 10% discount percentage will be eligible for exchange ONLY by size and subject to availability; exchange for another reference and/or collection will not be possible. You have a maximum of 8 calendar days to exchange your product.

EXCHANGES

For garments, you have 20 calendar days from the date of purchase.
The garment MUST NOT have been used, washed, or damaged.
Garments must retain washing instructions and internal tags.
Garments with any type of alteration (customized) cannot be exchanged.

Please note that to make an exchange, you can ONLY do so through the same channel where you made your purchase. If you made your purchase through the website, you will not be able to exchange it at a physical store and vice versa.

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

Promotional products or gifts cannot be exchanged for a different color, reference, or collection.
Promotional products will be shipped in the special E-COMMERCE shipping bag. They will not be sent in gift packaging.

WARRANTY

If the item you purchased has any quality or suitability issues, and you have followed all care and washing recommendations, you may process your warranty request, taking into account the following:

• For garments, you have 20 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Warranty is only recognized for: Seams, zippers, and textile damage ONLY IF care and washing recommendations have been followed.
• For warranty claims, the garment must be clean.
